A new green field development in Castleknock by Cosgraves. This is a continuation of the proven solutions used in Honey Park. The houses are all A2 rated, with centralised plant in a dedicated external enclosure. This allows for ease of maintenance and a quieter environment in the house as the water booster and water tank are in this enclosure. Air tightness levels of 3 air changes an hour lower losses due to infiltration but the air quality is maintained by a 90% efficient HRV unit.
