About The Project
This was a total renovation of a period house that had been gutted as a consequence of a fire and period of non-occupancy. The property was converted from institutional use to a family home. Services installations included underfloor heating on one level, temperature control in all rooms (including those with radiators), centralized plant space, state of the art entertainment network and lighting control system. Plant selections were optimised to reflect the fabric improvements made to the house and the service runs were laid out to minimise their impact on room layouts and the general aesthetic.
