Completed in 2013, this site has 100 apartments in two blocks and was the first district heating system to be installed by Shannon Homes. The concept and benefits were outlined to the client and with the outcome delivered at St Raphaela’s, this strategy is being implemented at Shannon Homes next apartment scheme in Dun Laoghaire town. Aside from the design of the system and reviewing the construction on site we also provided a tender package for the client to allow them to procure the FM of the district heating system.
