Located in the grounds of an existing development, Block 1 is part of a three building apartment complex. After numerous possibilities were assessed, Sorohan Builders opted to install a district heating solution to meet the heating and compliance needs of the apartments. A single boiler plant room has been provided and this will cater for the current and future apartment roll out. This allows for greater diversification of the loads and lower installed boiler capacity.
