This office unit in Sandyford was originally constructed in 2000. The client requirement was to allow the building to be refurbished and facilitate a floor by floor letting solution as opposed to single occupier. As part of a team lead by DMOD Architects we scoped the building services works within a fixed budget and oversaw the tendering and construction works that delivered the desired outcome without cost overruns.
